What is it? Creative visualization or guided imagery is the art of using your mind, your own imagination to create the life you really want.

How does it work? Through the use of images, soft music and as many senses as possible (vision, smell, hearing, feeling, etc.) we create experiences in our minds. 

Our subconscious does not know the difference between “real” or “imagined” experiences. Our body responds on a physical level to experiences whether “real” or “perceived”. 

How about this? You’re out walking on a warm summer day; you come upon a field of fragrant, ripe strawberries. Inhaling the heavenly aroma of sun-ripened fruit, you bend down and pluck a deep red, lush berry and pop it in your mouth. Ohhh, the sweetness. Juice runs down your chin as you savor the delicate sweetness and reach for another.

See? Is your mouth watering now? 

Wendy will be leading this introductory work-shop entitled Who Am I?  Through guided meditation, we will embark on a journey together, bypassing conscious thought as we enter a world of our own creation. 

Who Am I? is the first step towards a deeper understanding of our unique selves.
